Preconsult can provide start up management with the main objective to have a new plant up & running as soon as possible after setting up.

This may include setting up the organization, recruiting the required manpower, commissioning and start up of the factory equipment, setting up systems and procedures, logistics and production flow within the factory, required tools and materials, production planning, operational procedures, maintenance procedures, etc, etc.

The objective of start up management service is not to take over the management but to train and support the existing organization and helping them to deliver the results. In this way the knowledge will be transferred and embedded into the organization.
